ESS is committed to providing quality food that is safe, nutritious, and meets the taste expectations of your staff and contractors. Your food specifications will be met and exceeded through ESS’ stringent standards in food service, which cover:

  • Comprehensive staff training in food storage, preparation, personal hygiene, and service

At ESS, our menus are always evolving. We strive to deliver a balanced, diverse, flavourful, and comforting menu to every client. Our menus can be curated specifically to each client’s needs and tastes. We offer several different menu tiers that never compromise on quality and all come with an assortment of dishes that offer a variety of flavour, healthy choices, and “menutainment,” as we like to call it.

It is no longer enough in today’s world to deliver just great food and service. Guests are expecting much more than the average experience. Social media and instant access to information make space design, flow, and comfort paramount in the delivery of the ultimate experience for visitors and guests. At ESS, we have a dedicated team of visionaries that work to create spaces that are easily accessible, welcoming, identifiable, and unique.

FoodBack

Because everyone has likes and dislikes, a wide variety of selections are available at each meal. Boredom and monotony impact employee interest. With the captive audience we have in remote site facilities, we always operate under the philosophy that frequent upgrades and constant revisions in menus and selection maintain employee interest – resulting in increased morale and productivity for the communities we serve. We accomplish this through feedback from our customer satisfaction platform Foodback.
