The SafeFood Blue application is an all-encompassing sensory-based hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) solution designed for all types of kitchens. Blue Rover sensors are constantly monitoring areas where maintaining safe food temperatures is critical. This reduces manual errors and sends real-time alerts to the management team.

With the software application, we can focus on what matters most: food safety, real-time status dashboard, incident management, team feedback, and an abundance of business relevant analysis. This innovative technology is just one of the things that allows us to stay true to our continuous improvement commitment.

When incidents occur, SafeFood Blue is always watching and learning. When an incident is created, we communicate in-app to team members or third-party service groups, explaining what is to be done to avoid incidents in the future and tracking results in real time – providing 24/7 service.

All front-of-house signage for the separate menu programs will incorporate a digital monitor with rolling menus. Each week, the digital signage will automatically update with the current week’s menu options.

In partnership with Google, the digital signage is powered by Google Chrome. We centrally develop, control, and schedule all screens and content in line with marketing, promotions, and seasonal events.
